What if my order arrives damaged or missing?
Damaged products and missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. No claims will be allowed after 48 hours of delivery. Therefore, please inspect the item for damage or missing parts immediately upon receipt. Please attach a photo of the damaged item to your email and keep the original packaging of the damaged item in case a replacement is needed.


reserves the right to cancel any order or delay shipment without prior notice due to reasons including, but not limited to, issues related to manufacturer, carrier, inventory and/or cost of out-of-state orders.

We inspect and ship all items in factory-made condition unless otherwise noted or requested. Likewise, we make every effort to prevent partial loss or damage of merchandise through careful palletizing and/or thorough packaging. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with the freight company after the goods leave our warehouse. In some cases, Gorgeous Furniture may, at its sole discretion, elect to arrange for repair services where possible and/or applicable. If insurance or freight liability or repairs are any level or kind of possible remedy, then monetary compensation in any amount will not be an option. By law, tax exemption does not apply to orders placed and/or fulfilled in the state of California, where we are headquartered.

How long does it take to receive my order?
• We offer next-day delivery in the greater Los Angeles area. These products will be dispatched the next day if ordered before 12pm Monday to Friday. If ordered after 12pm it will be dispatched the next working day. Next day delivery is not available on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as changes in delivery capabilities and shipping volumes, may delay the delivery of your order.

• We will ship display products to other locations the next business day. Delivery date depends on destination.

• Items labeled “Next Day” are ready for delivery. Once your order is received, items without this badge will be placed on back order from the supplier. Delivery dates may vary depending on the availability of the supplier company’s products, destination, weather conditions, shipping volumes and force majeure. Please note that changes in stock or delivery capabilities and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may delay the delivery of your order.
