Refund Return Policy

Our focus is to provide customers with high quality furniture and renowned brands at discounted prices. Therefore, due to our low margins, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items. However, in extremely exceptional circumstances, acceptance of returns, or cancellation of a paid and confirmed order, at the seller's sole discretion, will be subject to a non-negotiable 30% restocking fee and reverse delivery fee. Any return or cancellation request will be considered valid unless specifically approved by us and explicitly confirmed via email. Our return policy may not apply to all of our merchants. Any exceptions will be listed on the project's page. All returns and exchanges are subject to return shipping charges. If your item ships via our "Free Shipping" option, we will charge our shipping fee as the shipping fee is included in the price, but the buyer will still have to pay the round trip shipping fee incurred by ansot.top. Exclusions apply: If the product is owned by ansot.top, is in transit to our warehouse and/or is ready for delivery, the customer will only receive a refund of 70% of the total amount to cover processing, pickup and handling costs. If the item is still not ready for delivery then you will be entitled to a 97% or 100% refund (depending on payment status and time of request).

ansot.top guarantees that all items purchased will be in good condition at the time of pickup or delivery. Damaged products and missing parts must be reported via email within 48 hours of delivery. No claims will be allowed after 48 hours of delivery. Therefore, please inspect the item for damage or missing parts immediately upon receipt. Please attach a clear photo of the damaged product to your email and retain the original packaging of the damaged product, which will be required if the manufacturer will accept a replacement. If the amount paid for the Goods is returned to the Customer in any manner (including, but not limited to, a chargeback or refund), the Goods automatically become the property of the Merchant regardless of the parties and the location of the Goods. In such cases, it is the customer's responsibility to return the goods in the condition they were received and to assist the merchant with the return process. The customer shall be responsible for all related costs. .
